1. Eligibility
To become a seller, you must:

2. Seller Account
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Ensuring that all information in your seller profile is accurate
Complying with all applicable laws and these Terms when selling digital textures
3. Content Ownership and Licensing
You retain full ownership of the digital textures you upload. However, by listing your content, you grant Company Name LTD a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:
Host, display, market, and distribute your textures via texturenet.com
Use your content in promotional materials for the platform
You represent and warrant that:
You own the rights to all submitted content
Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
Your textures are original, high-quality, and not copied from other sources
3.1 Premoderation of Uploaded Content
All textures submitted by sellers are subject to manual premoderation by Company Name LTD before being published on texturenet.com. This process ensures that all content meets our quality, technical, and legal standards.
By uploading content to the platform, you agree to the following:
Your textures may be reviewed for resolution, file format, seamlessness (if claimed), and visual quality.
Descriptions, titles, tags, and categories must accurately represent the content.
Content may be rejected or returned for revision if it does not meet platform standards.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove listings at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide detailed justification.
Repeated submission of poor-quality or non-compliant content may result in suspension or termination of your seller account.
We aim to complete reviews within a reasonable timeframe, but processing times may vary depending on submission volume.
4. Pricing and Payouts
You may set your own prices for your products, subject to platform minimums.
Revenue Share: Sellers receive a percentage of each sale as defined in their seller dashboard or agreement.
Payouts:
- The method of payouts is selected by the Seller in his Vendor Dashboard
May include transaction or processing fees deducted by the payment provider
5. Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to your earnings. Company Name LTD does not withhold or file tax payments on your behalf unless required by law.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or sell:
Copyrighted materials without rights or permission
Content that includes third-party trademarks or likenesses
Incomplete, low-quality, or misleading content
Textures that violate any local, national, or international laws
7. Product Quality and Standards
All uploaded textures must:
Be high resolution and professionally presented
Include accurate titles, tags, and descriptions
Be tested for usability and free from technical errors (e.g., proper tiling for seamless textures)
Company Name LTD reserves the right to remove products that do not meet these standards.
8. Refunds and Disputes
In cases of technical issues or duplicate purchases, buyers may request a refund. If a refund is granted, your share of that transaction may be deducted from future payouts.
9. Termination
You may close your seller account at any time by contacting us. Company Name LTD may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You submit fraudulent or infringing content
You engage in deceptive or harmful conduct on the platform
Upon termination, your content will be removed from public listings, but we may retain transactional records for compliance and reporting purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Company Name LTD is not liable for:
Loss of income due to platform outages or errors
Disputes between sellers and buyers
Unauthorized use of your content by third parties
Use of the platform is at your own risk and provided on an “as is” basis.
11. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Seller Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
